Novatus Energy Focuses on Charitable Donations and Volunteering

NEW YORK, NY. May 1, 2020 – In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Novatus Energy continues to operate with its core values of safety, integrity, and respect at the forefront by taking precautions to protect the health and safety of its associates and public at large. Additionally, Novatus Energy’s culture and commitment to ES&G principles has mandated a call to action to support the immediate needs of their communities. As associates volunteer and donate to charities of their own accord, Novatus Energy has made the commitment to support the communities in areas of business operations by increasing charitable donations.

In the past weeks, Novatus Energy has responded to community requests and sought out charitable organizations to support during these unprecedented times. It is pleased to share that charitable donations have been made to City Meals on Wheels, Mt. Sinai Hospital, and City Harvest, A Childs Place – Thompson Child & Family Focus, Friendship Trays, RSU 50 Food Pantry, and several Public School Districts. The donations have contributed to the purchase of Chromebooks for students to facilitate distance learning, provision of temporary shelter for displaced families and meals for those directly impacted by the crisis.

“During these challenging times, it is important that we support our communities. Focusing on charitable donations and volunteering to help those in greatest need demonstrates Novatus Energy’s values through our actions and behaviors. We are all in this together and wherever we can provide support, we will continue to do so to the best of our abilities”, commented Steve Doyon, CEO Novatus Energy LLC.
